- Metastatic or possibly surgical resection has severe morbidity and no satisfactory alternative treatment or has progressed after treatment.

- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drug.

- Frequent
- Fatigue, dizziness, cough, constipation, swelling of the ankles/feet/hands, nausea, or vomiting may occur.
