INDICATIONS
LuciErlo is a kinase inhibitor indicated for: • Treatment of patients with metastatic non -small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors harbor epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations who have progressed after at least one prior chemotherapy regim en, receiving first -line, maintenance, or second -line or higher therapy. • In combination with gemcitabine for the first -line treatment of patients with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
DOSAGE AND USE
• NSCLC: 150 mg orally, on an empty stomach, once daily. • Pancreatic cancer: 100 mg orally, on an empty stomach, once daily.
STORAGE
In a dry place and store at 20℃ to 25℃.
