INDICATION
LuciLenva is a kinase inhibitor that is indicated: 1) For the treatment of patients with locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). 2) In combination with everolimus, for the treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). 3) For the first -line treatment of patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
DOSAGE AND USE
1) DTC: The recommended dosage is 24 mg orally once daily. 2) RCC: The recommended dosage is 18 mg orally with everolimus 5 mg orally once daily. 3) HCC: The recommended dosage is based on actual body weight: • 12 mg orally once daily for patients greater than or equal to 60 kg • 8 mg orally once daily for patients less than 60 kg. Capsules should be swallowed whole & not chewed or crushed.
STORAGE
In a dry place and store at 20°C to 25°C.
