How to Take Lapanix (Lapatinib)
Route: Oral, taken by mouth, as a single daily dose (do not divide the daily dose)
Standard dose with Capecitabine: 1250mg (five 250mg tablets) once daily, taken continuously on Days 1 to 21, in combination with capecitabine 2000mg/m² per day (given in two divided doses roughly 12 hours apart) on Days 1 to 14 of a repeating 21-day cycle.
