INDICATION

LuciEna is an isocitrate dehydrogenase-2 inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with an isocitrate dehydrogenase – 2 (IDH2) mutation.

DOSAGE AND USE

The recommended dosage of LuciEna is 100 mg taken orally once daily with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Tablet should be swallowed whole & not chewed or crushed.

STORAGE

In a dry place and store at 20°C to 25°C.
